S&P Global
CHALLENGE
With four business units plus a corporate division each producing its own print and digital materials, S&P Global struggled to implement its new, modern Landor-designed brand with consistency and precision. A resistance to embrace the new branding, combined with a muddled workflow process, led to increases in content errors and project turnaround time.
SOLUTION
I streamlined the brand implementation with one unified work process including the use of templates, style sheets, and color applications for consistency, organization, and efficiency. Designer training, workflow management, and a stringent branding and content review process was also put into practice.
