A FRESH BRAND FOR A NEW BUILDING

Starting with a logo and a warm orange-to-blue gradient horizon line to tell the brand story of a sunset over the water, the balance of the look, feel, and voice of the Halletts Point residential building created.

With stunning skyline views and a waterfront location, the mood was set as relaxing and luxurious and applied to signage, wayfinding, print and digital marketing materials, website, collateral, and brand guideline.

A folder with custom die cut pockets houses a customizable grouping of marketing materials including a letter, business card, floor plans, and the brochure.
